Hands down the best part about Collective is being part of the Collective Team. The Team helps create safe and engaging environments for people to bump into Jesus and there are multiple teams that make that happen on Sunday mornings.

The Production Team exists to create an intentional and distraction-free worship environment for people to learn and grow in their faith in Jesus.

• Band | Tech Team | Media Team

The Connections Team exists to create a welcoming and engaging environment for people to connect and take next steps in their faith.

• Interior Team | Exterior Team

The Collective Kids Team exists to create a safe and engaging environment for kids to get to know Jesus, while also giving parents the comfort of knowing that their children are being exceptionally cared for.

• Check-In | Nursery | Pre-K | K-5th

• Background Check Required for all Collective Kids Roles

Support Teams exist to help support the overall Collective Team during the week and on Sunday mornings in creating the best environments possible for people to bump into Jesus

• Breakfast Team | Facilities Team | Safety & Medical Team (Experience Required)
