As the team, we set the tone for culture at Collective and leading the way for others! Team member expectations across the board include:

Serve twice a month; with the occasional third for 5-week months

Honor the team by showing up on time when you serve and when you attend

Engage in “Planning Center Services” & “Slack” for team scheduling & communication

Attend on your non-serving weeks

When attending, sit in the first four rows of the auditorium, take notes, & worship

Commit to owning your growth, having bold faith, and inviting others to experience Jesus
